Minnli-Plas Sdn Bhd is a company specializing in manufacturing plastic bags which are popular in the market such as ‘singlet’ bags, ‘cylindrical’ bags, ‘handy’ bags, garbage bags etc. The good reputation for quality it has built up in the past years has won many customers’ undivided loyalty.
Minnli-Plas Sdn Bhd manufactures quality plastic bags on a large-scale located at the Pangkalan Industrial Area in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. The production plant consists of 5 industrial units and automated production accounts for 80% of the production process. With its vast experience gained in the past, the high standard and stable quality for all types of products are maintained at all times.
As we possess a quality production line, for future development and growth, we establish our own brand “Cap Orang Kuat” which has a large sales market covering southern and central Malaysia and some parts in northern Malaysia. Besides that, we also export to Europe and Brunei our most popular plastic bags on a regular basis.
Production plant
The plastic-bag production plant of Minnli-Plas Sdn Bhd with its years of experience in the field has designed an efficient work flow. Our automated production offers not only guaranteed quality but also efficient and speedy production to meet customers’ demands within the time limit.
With the automated production set up, we can ensure consistency in quality for our products and reduce labor resources. There are about 30 workers in the plant working with the use of our machines. We have a stable production and can meet any unexpected orders for our goods.
We spare no expenses on improving and upgrading our facilities needed for the production of the best quality plastic bags. We have about 40 machines of varying sizes such as blowing machine, cutting machine, ‘wind’ machine, waste recycling machine, color-printing machine (2 colors), blending machine etc.
With automated production, we can ensure speedy productions, consistent quality and uniform thickness of the bags. Meanwhile, it is also easier to control the bag thickness. All goods produced can meet the specific requirements of our customers.

we are on an expansion plan for production and hence a further
expansion of our markets can be expected. You are therefore welcomed to

Service on finish product
Other than producing a variety of plastic bags, we offer plastic-bag printing services too. We can have the name or logo of your company printed on either side of the bags depending on your needs.
We manufacture a wide range of plastic bags of different sizes, colors and thickness as specified by customers.
Our plastic-bag printing of company names and logos is mainly in two colors. However, their sizes are to be decided by customers.
